Using Jitsu Notes
Jitsu Notes is a personal training-notes app for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioners: it helps you capture, structure, and search notes from your training sessions, using AI assistance to turn spoken or typed input into a structured note.
By creating an account and using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything done through your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings; see the Privacy Policy for what that removes and what a deletion receipt retains for a limited time.
Your content
- Your training notes and settings are yours. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you record, type, or upload.
- By using the AI note-structuring feature, you understand your note content is sent to Anthropic for processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- By using video search, you understand generated search terms are sent to YouTube (via Google).
- Do not use the app to store or process content you do not have the right to store, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else’s rights.
Service availability and AI-generated content
- The app depends on third-party services (including Supabase, Anthropic, and YouTube). These services may be unavailable, rate-limited, or changed by their providers, which can affect the app’s availability or features.
- Structured notes are generated with AI assistance. AI-generated summaries can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review structured notes before relying on them, especially for anything safety-related (e.g. technique details).
- We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Changes
We may update these terms or the app’s features over time. Material changes to how your data is handled will be reflected in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jitsu Notes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use it.
